SLJ, Paying it forward

If I were ever to travel back in time precisely the 1930's and I'd get to bring something for them I would give them some clean clothes because most people in the 1930's don't have clean clothes. I would also give them Wendy's because they probably don't even know what fast food is and Wendy's is just delectable. I'd also give them matches and gas for a fire because in the winter it is really cold especially when they have next to no clothes. I would also give them English Books because most people probably can't speak English yet and those books would give them an opportunity of being smarter when they grow up. And the last thing I would give them is a lot of confectionery. All sorts of confectionery because I would love to see their reaction to sour gummy things and chocolate of different flavors and a lot of sweets.
